What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is recognised as a complementary medicine and is relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking for support to enhance their health and wellbeing.

Every individual has a unique biochemical composition and responds distinctively to dietary and lifestyle influences. Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. As a Registered Nutritional Therapist I use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns.

An individual Bespoke Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan, opposed to a one size fits all approach, helps to address your unique nutritional requirements to support the body in regaining and maintaining optimum health and wellbeing.

Nutritional Therapy is not a replacement for professional medical advice and a referral to your healthcare professional maybe required should any red flag signs or symptoms arise during your consultation.
