Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. As a Registered Nutritional Therapist I use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns.

 

An individual Bespoke Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan, opposed to a one size fits all approach, helps to address your unique nutritional requirements to support the body in regaining and maintaining optimum health and wellbeing.

* My analysis and research prior to your consultation (up to 4 hours)

* Evaluation of current medications, supplements and potential interactions

* Personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan

* Personalised Supplementation Plan

* Recommendations for NHS or private functional testing

* Support and progress telephone call

* A 45-minute follow up consultation with diet diary review
